HERO LIAISON
As a Hero Liason, you have the opportunity to develop a strong relationship with, and act as a support system for, your B+ Hero and their family. You are the point of contact between your organization and the families of our B+ hero’s. Hero Liaisons show up and help to plan hero events along with providing emotional support to the Hero’s and their families!
TEAM CAPTAIN
Team Captains serve as the vital link between NOVAdance and their organization. In this role, they work closely with both groups to coordinate fundraisers, events, and campaigns that inspire participation and strengthen engagement. Team Captains are responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication with NOVAdance, sharing ideas and updates to maximize their organization’s involvement and impact.
ENGAGEment coordinator
We are a year-long fundraising and awareness effort composed of sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Throughout the year, ECs attend meetings where we foster a community full of individuals working to make a difference in the lives of our B+ Heroes. The 2026 EC program will be composed of 4 pillars - Engagement, Fundraising, Hero Focused, and Outreach.
