The Engagement Coordinators is a year-long, extremely rewarding experience built for upperclassmen at Villanova upon our four pillars!

1. Fundraising - Generating, planning, and executing fundraising ideas.

2. Engagement - Getting the campus and community involved, planning and executing bonding and NOVAdance awareness events.  

3. Hero Focus - Making sure that campus knows why we do what we do; can include involvement in hero parties, spreading our “why,” finding ways to make sure our heroes love their NOVAdance experience.

4. Outreach - Aim to change. Ground ECs on the awareness side of our mission. Research and educate people about the current news surrounding pediatric cancer.  (i.e., spend time writing letters to the local/state government, social media updates).
